The main process technologies of window pasting machines are as follows:
Vacuum adsorption window pasting technology
Principle: Use a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure, and use an adsorption device to adsorb and fix the plastic window piece in a specified position, and then fit it with a paper box or other supporting material. For example, when adsorbing the window piece, the adsorption head of the window pasting machine is connected to the vacuum pump through a pipeline. When the vacuum pump is started, negative pressure is formed in the adsorption head, which tightly adsorbs the window piece, keeps it flat and stable in position, and facilitates subsequent pasting operations.
Features: It can accurately position the window piece to ensure that the window piece does not shift during the pasting process. It is suitable for window pieces of various shapes and sizes, especially for thin and easily deformed window pieces. The adsorption effect is good, which can effectively ensure the accuracy and quality of window pasting. However, the sealing and vacuum degree of the adsorption system are required to be high, and the vacuum pump and adsorption pipeline need to be regularly maintained to ensure stable adsorption performance.
Hot melt adhesive pasting technology
Principle: The hot melt adhesive machine heats the solid hot melt adhesive into liquid, and then the glue gun evenly applies the hot melt adhesive to the pasting part of the window or paper box. The curing characteristics of the hot melt adhesive during the cooling process are used to achieve a firm pasting of the window and the paper box. For example, during operation, the hot melt adhesive machine heats the glue particles to a certain temperature (generally 150℃-200℃) to melt them, and the glue gun applies the hot melt adhesive to the edge of the paper box according to the set program and path, and then presses the window on the glue application part. As the hot melt adhesive cools and solidifies, the window is firmly pasted on the paper box.
Features: Fast pasting speed, short curing time, can effectively improve production efficiency. Hot melt adhesive has strong viscosity and firm pasting, and can adapt to window pieces and paper boxes of different materials. Moreover, hot melt adhesive is relatively environmentally friendly and has no solvent volatilization. However, the temperature and coating amount of the hot melt adhesive need to be precisely controlled. Too high a temperature or too much coating amount may cause the adhesive to overflow or burn, affecting the product quality; too low a temperature will make the hot melt adhesive less sticky, resulting in loose adhesion.
Ultrasonic welding technology
Principle: Use an ultrasonic generator to generate a high-frequency oscillation signal, which is converted into a high-frequency mechanical vibration through a transducer and transmitted to the welding head. The welding head contacts the plastic window and the carton, so that the plastic window and the plastic material on the edge of the carton rub against each other under high-frequency vibration to generate heat, thereby melting and fusing the plastic material together to achieve welding. For example, during the welding process, the welding head of the ultrasonic welding equipment acts on the junction of the window and the carton with a high-frequency vibration of tens of thousands of times per second, intensifying the movement of plastic molecules, generating enough heat to melt the plastic, and completing the welding under pressure.
Features: High welding strength and good sealing, especially suitable for packaging with high requirements for moisture and dust resistance. The welding process does not require the use of glue, is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and has a fast welding speed and high production efficiency. However, the equipment cost is high, and the requirements for welding materials are strict. The welding parts of the window piece and the carton need to have suitable plastic materials and structures to ensure the welding effect.
Visual positioning technology
Principle: By installing a visual inspection system on the window pasting machine, the camera is used to monitor and identify the position of the carton and the window piece in real time. The visual system transmits the collected image information to the controller. The controller calculates the deviation between the actual position of the carton and the window piece and the preset position by analyzing the image, and then automatically adjusts the relevant mechanisms of the window pasting machine, such as the feeding device and the position of the window pasting machine head, to achieve accurate window pasting. For example, when the carton moves on the conveyor belt, the camera captures the image of the carton, and the visual system analyzes the positioning mark on the carton to determine the position and posture of the carton. If a deviation is found, the speed of the conveyor belt or the position of the window pasting machine head is controlled in time to ensure that the window piece is accurately pasted on the carton.
Features: It greatly improves the accuracy and consistency of window pasting, can effectively reduce the error of manual positioning, and is especially suitable for products with high requirements for window pasting position accuracy. It can adapt to cartons and window pieces of different specifications and shapes, with strong flexibility and adaptability. It can monitor and feedback the quality of window pasting in real time, timely discover and correct problems in the window pasting process, and improve the product qualification rate. However, the debugging and maintenance of the visual system is relatively complicated, and there are certain requirements for the lighting conditions of the working environment. Uneven or too strong or too weak lighting may affect the accuracy of visual inspection.
