Paper Feeding
Each belt is adjusted independently, driven by servo motor, and multiple paper feeding modes can be switched.
Correction of Paper Feeding Track
The track with self-locking linear bearing is free to slide. It takes the place of traditional slow screw-driving hand-shaking regulation. The chains orbits which contain high polymer nylon material are in high wear resistance and low noise. Correction pin adopts servo motor separately driving.
Gluing
The gluing roller is made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. The glue printing model roller is driven laterally by a servo motor, and can be directly adjusted without stopping the machine. The gluing part has the function of empty sheet lifting to prevent glue from contacting the belt and reduce the annoyance of frequent stopping to clean the belt due to empty sheet.
Film unwinding section
The installation of film on the air expansion shaft makes the film replacement faster.
