2. Printing Department: 

A single high-hardness stainless steel roller is used to drive glue, and the pipe roller is supported by a slider device, which can quickly adjust the thickness of the glue, and the flexible template is printed with glue, and the shape of the template can be engraved according to the needs of the product. The roller of the installation template is engraved with a baseline, and the installation of the template is accurate, convenient and fast; The position of the printing glue can be adjusted at will, and the front and rear positions are adjusted by the positive position adjuster, and the front and back, left and right positions of the printing glue can be adjusted without stopping. The glue device can be pulled out during cleaning and maintenance, making it more convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

3. Film Department:

With an independent servo control system, the user can adjust the length of the film without stopping according to the size of the product. At the same time, automatic chamfering and crimping; After the paper is accurately positioned in the pre-position, the film is pasted on the carton and then cut off by the automatic cross-cutting knife; The accuracy of the film can reach ±0.5mm.

4. Delivery:

The imported soft and moderate belt conveyor can avoid crushing the product, and the layered neat delivery ensures the best quality.
