Feeding Section:
The feeding belt adopts the durable rubber belt from the Japanese Nitta brand, which can be selected according to product requirements. For products with a high UV content, the Nitta belt can be chosen to solve the issue of smooth paper feeding. The bottom belt uses vacuum adsorption for paper feeding, driven by a servo motor, allowing for switching between multiple feeding modes.
Operating Interface:
All parameter settings and function switches are operated within the touchscreen. Around the operating panel, there are quick operation buttons for “inching, start, emergency stop, and speed adjustment”.
Positioning Section:
The chain guides are made of imported high-molecular-weight materials that are wear-resistant and silent. Paper positioning uses a square pusher block and brushes to enhance the stability of high-speed paper movement.
Gluing Section:
The gluing roller is made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant. The horizontal and vertical movements of the glue pattern roller are driven by servo motors, allowing direct bidirectional adjustment without stopping the machine. The gluing section has an empty sheet lifting function to prevent glue from contacting the belt, reducing the need for frequent machine shutdowns to clean the belt due to empty sheets.
Film Laminating Section:
The cross-cutting is driven by a servo motor, allowing precise control of the cutting angle. Compared to traditional cylinder drives, it has advantages such as lower noise, faster speed, and controllable angles. The roller adsorption continuous pasting method has advantages such as faster pasting speed and lower film requirements compared to traditional intermittent pasting. The pasting roller is driven separately by a servo motor, allowing free adjustment of the film pasting position while the machine is running.
Paper Collecting Table:
The paper collecting table uses a separate stepper motor to control belt operation. The stacking interval can be adjusted overall or in segments, with multi-speed operation. It can be used flexibly for continuous, paused, and counted operations. The imported moderately soft belt conveys the paper to avoid crushing the product, and the layered and neat paper collection ensures quality and improves efficiency.
Electrical System:
Internationally renowned brands such as Panasonic, Inovance, Omron, and Schneider are used, ensuring high precision and stability.
