1. Process Overview
   The window pasting machine, also known as the carton window pasting machine, is mainly used for the film pasting of various window gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, tissue boxes, and window corrugated paper boxes. Its process usually includes several key steps such as film pasting, paper extraction, gluing, film cutting, and bonding.
2. Specific process steps
   Paper feeding:
   The suction-type paper extraction belt is used for bottom paper extraction, and the servo or stepper motor is used to control the stepping to achieve continuous paper feeding without stopping.
   The intermittent belt conveyor adopts frequency conversion control, and the intermittent conveying length can be adjusted according to the length of the paper.
   Multiple conveyor belts are equipped with gears and rack devices to adjust the left and right positions of the belts.
   Gluing:
   The ink fountain method of the offset printing machine is used to provide a glue source for the printing glue frame, adjust the thickness of the glue, and ensure that there will be no glue throwing.
   Use flexible templates to print glue, and the shape of the template can be engraved according to product needs. The template is easy and quick to install, and the printing position can be adjusted at will.
